What are the signs of mold growth?
Identifying mold growth and its type by sight are not possible. In the US alone, there is about 20,000 variety of mold and 2,000 of them can grow indoors. Only laboratory tests can identify the type of mold.
Can mold be prevented? How?
Avoiding the factors that encourage mold growth can help prevent their growth. Mold requires water and organic things such as wood, wallboard, and even dust to grow. To prevent the growth of mold, make sure leaks are fixed immediately, and materials that got wet be dried out within one or two days after getting wet. It is also good to keep the humidity to 60% maximum.
What does mold remediation service include?
Our professionally trained, licensed, and certified mold removal specialists inspect your place and identify the type of mold and analyze its cause. Once a comprehensive analysis has been performed, we then remove the identified toxic molds or fungi, etc. that can negatively affect human health by using a special solution that digests mold spores on contact and is designed to leave behind a safe, organic "barrier" which inhibits mold re-growth.
What is asbestos abatement?

We then carry out the necessary steps to eliminate the threat of exposure, which could include options such as removal, repair, or encapsulation of materials or products in a structure. Our abatement procedures comply with strict regulations and include the following activities:
- Prepare the work area
- Setup of decontamination equipment and use of personal protective devices
- Install safeguards around the abatement area.
- Personnel decontamination procedures
- Safe handling and disposal of asbestos waste
What results do you expect to get from indoor air quality testing?
We test samples to determine the presence of the following in your establishment or home: molds/fungi, particulates, volatile organic compounds, an allergen from dog, cat, cockroach, and dust mites, microbial volatile organic compounds, and formaldehyde.
Your specialist will then review the results with you and determine a treatment plan if needed.
What guarantee do you provide?
We guarantee our process to pass the air quality test. If the air quality test fails after the treatment, we will gladly retreat your property for free. For all other services, if you are not satisfied with the results of our work, the rework will likewise be on us.
How has your experience been with Covid-19 disinfection treatment?
Dealing with biohazards is something we have been doing for years. Disinfection service against the novel coronavirus has taught us tremendously a lot more for our business. We defer our process to those of our authorized health agencies and only use disinfectant products recommended by them that have active ingredients capable of killing many viruses and bacteria in effectively decontaminating an area.
